\nUse (“in vitro” diagnostic use):
\n\u2022\tBefore testing, wait until the sample and swab reach room temperature (15\u00b0C to 30\u00b0C).
\n\u2022\tFor the collection of stool samples: Place the stool sample in the appropriate container. Use the stool collector to avoid contaminating the sample with any kind of chemical so that the sample is not adulterated.
\n\u2022\tStool sample processing: Unscrew the cap of the sample collection tube. Then you randomly stick the sample collection application device to at least three different locations on the stool sample (do not dig up the stool sample).
\n\u2022\tScrew and tighten the cap into the sample collection tube. Then shake vigorously to mix the sample and the extraction buffer.
\n\u2022\tBring the bag to room temperature before opening it: Remove the test cartridge from the case. Use it as soon as possible.
\n\u2022\tFor best results, run the test immediately after opening the foil case.
\n\u2022\tHold the sample collection tube upright and open the lid: Invert the sample collection tube. Transfer two drops of the exported sample (approximately 80mcL) to the sample well “S” of the test cassette. Then you start the timer.

\nYou read the result: After five minutes (don’t read the results after ten minutes).
\nInterpretation of results:
\n\u2022\tPositive: Two lines, one colored line in the area of the “C” control line, while another should be visible in the area of the “T” test line. Note: The intensity of the color in the area of the “T” test line will vary depending on the concentration of occult fecal blood present in the sample. Therefore, any tint in the area of the “T” test line is indicative of a positive result.
\n\u2022\tNegative: Only one colored line in the control line area “C” (there is no line in the test line area “T”).
