\nQuick Start:
\n1. Charge the device on the charging base.
\n2. Launch it.
\n3. Select \u201cStart\u201d from the menu and then select \u201cTrain\u201d.
\n4. Place the nasopharynx in your nose.
\n5. Take breaths through the POWERbreathe until you hear the \u201cbeep\u201d. Repeat for 30 breaths.
\n6. See the results on the screen.
\nCleaning:
\nPOWERbreathe is exposed to respiratory droplets during use. It is recommended to clean the POWERbreath at least 2 times a week by immersing it in warm water for about 10 minutes (see manual for details) and once a week it should be disinfected in a mild disinfectant solution, the POWERbreathe Cleansing Tablets in the same method as the simple cleaning. Use one tablet for each disinfection.
