Do you make deliveries on weekends?
Unfortunately, no orders are delivered on weekends within Athens. In the province, depending on the shipping company and after your own consultation with the carrier, you may pick up on Saturday. This applies to orders of a larger volume (over 2 kg) that are not served by Courier.
Can I send the courier I work with to pick up the items from you or send my order with the courier I want?
You can pick up the items with your own courier only if the product has been discounted and after consultation with our company. Payment by cash on delivery cannot be made in this case. Our company cooperates with ACS courier throughout Greece and Cyprus. For orders of higher volume/weight, we can deliver to a shipping company that cooperates within the Basin and only after contact. Our company has the ability to refuse delivery to a shipping company outside the basin or to a shipping company that does not cooperate.
Do you cooperate with EOPYY?
Our company does not cooperate with EOPYY and does not execute computerized recipes.
Do you sell/buy second-hand items?
The products we sell are only new and untreated. We can provide a certificate of new and untreated items after your purchase.
I wish to purchase the equipment of my practice through NSRF funding. Can you serve me?
We have more than 50 years of experience and have equipped hundreds of clinics throughout Greece through the NSRF. You can rely on us for any questions or assistance you may need.
Are your items CE/MDR certified?
All our items are certified for distribution in the EU and our company is a certified distributor of medical devices. If you need any certificate, you can contact us so that we can email it to you.
Can I test a product before I pay for it?
Products are not tested without payment having been made. You can return a product after purchasing it and within 14 calendar days. You can find more information in the Returns section.
If the product I had purchased in the past is in service, can you supply me with a spare?
Our company does not have spare or used items. If the product was purchased within 14 calendar days, then you may be replaced. You can find more information in the Returns section.
Is your warehouse in Peristeri open on Saturdays?
Our warehouse is not open on Saturdays. But you can find the items you need on Saturday in our other stores.
Is service undertaken for items that have not been purchased by you?
We have a service department and spare parts only for products purchased from us. By purchasing products from our company you are insured for anything that happens.
