Resqme Vehicle Extrication and Rescue Keychain Tool
The resqme Vehicle Extrication and Rescue Keychain Tool was designed in 2003 and is manufactured in the USA. It is an innovative product designed as a rescue and extrication tool in the event of a victim being trapped in a car. Bad weather, a car accident or an electronic malfunction can trap you or your loved ones inside your vehicle. The resqme can cut jammed seat belts with its sharp blade and break side windows with its spike. The RESQME is a tool that every driver should have. It is light, small but very useful. You can keep it on your keys or attach it to a place in your car so that it is always accessible in emergency situations. It is connected to the car keys via the removable protective cover of the car seat belt cutter. Pulling the protective cover reveals the blade. By hooking the belt with it and pulling diagonally with minimal force, you will be surprised at how easily you will see it cut! To activate the glass breaker, the actions are even simpler. Touch the black head to a side window (preferably at its edge) and push towards the window until the permanently armed spike with a special spring is released. The result will be that the glass will shatter into thousands of harmless pieces in fractions of a second. The genuine resqme also works as a glass breaker in water! In the event that the vehicle is submerged, the rescuer can break the side window from outside the car, something that is not easily achievable with another tool (hammer, axe, metal object, etc.) due to the resistance of the water.
