Larynx with bronchial tree model 1000274 was created based on tomography data of a human (male, approx. 40 years old). The result is an image like a CT scan of the bronchial tree and larynx. This model is a unique way to study the anatomy of the human lung. Larynx with hyoid bone and epiglottis and trachea with primary and lobar bronchi are depicted in one color for the bronchial model. The larynx is detachable at the level of the second tracheal cartilage and divisible at the median plane. The epiglottis is flexible. The different parts of the bronchus are made of elastic material and depicted in different transparent colors so that they are easier to distinguish visually.
