The POWERbreathe K5 belongs to the third generation of POWERbreathe K series devices for superior performance respiratory muscle training. The POWERbreathe K series devices are rechargeable and come with a charging dock.
The POWERbreathe K5 with Breathe-Link software is the ultimate solution in respiratory muscle training. The management and storage of training sessions is very easy via the Breathe-Link software. Analysis of the results and the different parameters of the training can then be printed.

The POWERbreathe K5 uses the basic principle of resistance training. Just as we use weights to train the muscles of the hands, breathing through the POWERbreathe K5, the electronically controlled, ultra-fast valve that it incorporates, creates a resistance to inhalation, thus increasing their strength and endurance.
The POWERbreathe K Series series of devices is specially designed to change the resistance dynamically during breathing and automatically adapt to each session, depending on the progress observed in the muscular strengthening of the user’s respiratory muscles. The results of the measurements are displayed on the screen, thus allowing the development and improvement of the training technique to be monitored.
The 30-breath POWERbreathe training regimen, 2 times a day, lasts only a few minutes and if performed correctly, brings positive results in just a few weeks.
With POWERbreathe no pharmaceutical substance or preparation is used, the training is done in a natural way, without side effects on the user’s health.

Full instructions are in the User Manual.
Quick Start:
1. Charge the device on the charging base.
2. Launch it.
3. Select “Start” from the menu and then select “Train”.
4. Place the nasopharynx in your nose.
5. Take breaths through the POWERbreathe until you hear the “beep”. Repeat for 30 breaths.
6. See the results on the screen.
Cleaning:
POWERbreathe is exposed to respiratory droplets during use. It is recommended to clean the POWERbreath at least 2 times a week by immersing it in warm water for about 10 minutes (see manual for details) and once a week it should be disinfected in a mild disinfectant solution, the POWERbreathe Cleansing Tablets in the same method as the simple cleaning. Use one tablet for each disinfection.
