Nexcare™ Coldhot™ Comfort by 3M is an ice pack / heating pad specially designed to provide pain relief. For stiffness and pain in the neck and shoulders, muscle tension, cramps, arthritis / rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Cold, reduces edema (swelling), inflammation and pain.
Description
Specially designed to relieve pain, especially in joints and extremities, due to the protective cover it contains with elastic straps, which allows for optimal application and stabilization of the pad at the point of placement.
Instructions for use
For hot use, immerse the product in just boiled water (removed from the heat source), for 5 to 6 minutes. Alternatively, place the heating pad in a horizontal position in the microwave and heat at 640W for 2 X 30 seconds. Each time you remove the heating pad from the microwave, knead it so that there is an even distribution of heat. For cold use, place the pad in the refrigerator or freezer so that it is ready for use. Always use the product with the protective cover that the package contains or wrap it in a towel or cloth.
