The 3M Nexcare™ Coldhot™ Maxi is an ice pack/heat pack specifically designed to provide pain relief, using the body’s natural response to hot and cold. Ideal for treating pain in large areas of the body such as the waist (e.g. for lumbago), abdomen (e.g. for period pain), thigh (e.g. for bruises), or back (e.g. for cooling).

Instructions for use:
For hot use, immerse the product in freshly boiled water (removed from the heat source) for 6 to 8 minutes. Alternatively, place the heating pad horizontally in the microwave and heat at 640W for 6 X 30 seconds. Each time you remove the heating pad from the microwave, knead it so that there is an even distribution of heat. For cold use, place the pad in the refrigerator or freezer so that it is ready for use. Always use the product with the protective cover contained in the package or wrap it in a towel or cloth. For additional information regarding the product and its use, consult the instructions for use included in the package.
