The Nexcare™ Coldhot™ Mini is not microwaveable. For hot use, immerse the product in freshly boiled water (removed from the heat source) for 4 to 5 minutes. For cold use, place the patch in the refrigerator or freezer to be ready for use. Always use the product with the protective cover included in the package or wrap it in a towel or cloth.
