The Rhino Rescue 3-Hole Valved Chest Seal is an advanced occlusive dressing designed for the treatment of open chest wounds. Penetrating chest injuries that result in open wounds can lead to tension pneumothorax, the second leading cause of preventable death on the battlefield. The chest seals are specially designed with a medical-grade hydrogel adhesive strong enough to adhere to skin exposed to blood, sweat, hair, sand or water.
